Payment Info

Texas Ketamine Specialists, PLLC, does not participate in insurance plans. Each infusion is $500, although there are various discounts for which I may be eligible. I understand I am responsible for payment in full at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. I will be provided a statement so I may try to get reimbursement from my insurance company if I am eligible. Please type "agree" below if you wish to proceed.
