About Me
Consultation Request

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor that works with children, teens and adults dealing with anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. I primarily use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, which recognizes that your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are interconnected and efforts to change your thoughts and feelings can change your behavior. I am also a registered dance/movement therapist which allows me to use movement along with traditional talk therapy techniques. I pride myself in being positive, reflective and practical in my approach and allow my clients to lead the sessions to their comfort zone. I specialize in working with new moms and children. Transitional periods such as childhood, adolescence and becoming a mom are trying times. I can help you or your child learn to navigate through these times and find comfort and stillness in what might feel like chaos.
