Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner-board certified (PMHNP-BC) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN), experienced in medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and the community mental healthcare field. Passionate about social justice and healthcare for underserved and marginalized populations.
I am a firm believer in social justice and healthcare free from guilt and shame. I am passionate about supporting people on their healing journey to become their healthiest, happiest, and most empowered selves. We all have the power to tap into our inner healer and find our way towards wellness. The ability to heal is within each of us. Sometimes we just need some support to get there.
Bringing over twenty years of experience in healthcare, I started working as a Doulas of North America (DONA)-trained labor support Doula working with incarcerated women. I then completed my didactic studies with Birthwise Midwifery School as a direct entry midwife. I have been a registered nurse (RN) for over a decade, with extensive experience in the fields of reproductive healthcare, substance use disorder (SUD), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
I obtained my master’s degree in nursing (MSN) from Frontier Nursing University, where I completed my psychiatric mental health training. I am board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and licensed in Vermont as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN).

My focus is on holistic treatment models, I utilize an integrative approach to complementary therapies (including medications) to assist clients in their recovery.Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), utilizes preparation sessions prior to medicine sessions, followed by integration sessions. All sessions are combined with various methods of guidance from practices such as meditation; relaxation and yogic breathing exercises; visualization with archetypal imagery; intention setting; talk and somatic therapies; mindfulness; and music, all in service to promoting access to each person’s inner healer to allow healing and wholeness to emerge.
