Having over 20 years of experience working together with adolescents and their parents/guardians through the family, legal, and school systems, we’ve addressed substance abuse & mental health concerns including but not limited to behavioral issues, anxiety, self-esteem, self-harm, family relationship struggles, trauma and depression, using varied techniques.

Adolescence can be a time of struggle for everyone involved. Teenagers desire connections with others where they believe their voice is valued, built on acceptance and mutual respect as a unique individual. It’s important to understand the thought process and any potential underlying issues that may be contributing to individual behaviors in an open and non-judgmental environment.

I meet clients where they are at with a deep level of compassion and interest for each individual. I value the uniqueness of the client as we work toward the goal of happier and healthier relationships with self and others.
