Hi, thanks for stopping by Im Fatima, Im a dual board certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, in past 14 years I have served patients in medical and mental health facilities both inpatient and outpatient. I have in the past and currently am comfortable with treating patients that are struggling with complex medical and mental health conditions. I enjoy working with patients utilizing a collaborative approach in finding solutions for various mental health challenges/conditions. I am currently accepting new patients.

My approach is to utilize collaborative methods that are holistic, evidence based and non-judgmental. In my current practice I offer my patients medication management along with psychotherapy services, I'm currently offering Telehealth Services.

My fee's for services provided include

Initial Consultation- $300

Medication Management and Psychotherapy- 50 to 60min Follow up: $250

Medication Management and Psychotherapy- 40 Minute Follow Up: $200.

Medication Management- 20 Minute Follow Up: $150
