Thank you for taking the first step in improving the mental health for yourself or your loved one. As an experienced psychiatrist, my goal is to listen and to understand the struggles you've been going through and to offer solutions through talk therapy and/or medications. I evaluate and treat children, teenagers, and adults in my practice for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, OCD, sleep issues, problems concentrating. I have a special interest in those with neuropsychiatric conditions such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Functional Neurological Disorders.

In treatment, we will work to clarify how things got to where they are, how you would like to change, your diagnoses in the context of your life story, and synthesize the most appropriate treatment plan individualized to you. I provide support through a balance of medications and behavioral approaches, as the combination is often superior to either alone.
