In my 9+ years as a licensed trauma-informed therapist I have helped many women ages 18 and older learn how to heal from past trauma and show up for themselves each and every day.

My practice is in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I offer virtual therapy to clients all over California.   I am an LGBTQ and BIPOC affirming therapist and ally. I enjoy working with and supporting ALL women. I believe that everyone should feel safe and understood in therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming space for you to explore your vulnerabilities and heal from the past.
