Chelsea Neumann, MD: Psychiatric Evaluation, Medication Management for Children, Adolescents, and Adults.
Dr. Chelsea Neumann is double board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in general psychiatry as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. She specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults, and has experience working with people of all ages. Dr. Neumann practices using an integrative psychiatry model which incorporates the biological, psychological and social factors that contribute to the health and well-being of the whole person. This model utilizes standard evidence-based medical and psychiatric assessment, psychiatric medication and psychotherapy recommendations, in addition to nutritional, physical activity and interpersonal interventions to create person-centered treatment plans.
Dr. Neumann completed general psychiatry residency training at Duke University and child and adolescent fellowship training at Brown University. She has published articles and psychiatric learning tools on topics including the impact of cannabis use on mental health, alcohol use disorders, psychotic disorders and the implications of mental health on juvenile justice outcomes.
In addition to practicing psychiatry in California, Rhode Island, and North Carolina, Dr. Neumann has also spent time practicing abroad in New Zealand and Kenya. As a result of her international work experiences, Dr. Neumann incorporates a unique perspective into her practice, utilizing her international knowledge of psychiatry and mental health to incorporate the cultural importance of community, family and social involvement as a guiding principle in her practice.
Dr. Neumann believes each individual's development is unique, influenced by their formative experiences throughout their life. She uses a developmental model focused on the overall health and well being of the individual. Dr. Neumann's approach includes cognitive-behavioral interventions, psychodynamic interpretation, dialectical behavioral tools and family therapy principles to provide a comprehensive therapeutic framework for her patients.
While some of her patients will decide that psychiatric medications are a helpful tool for their emotional growth, others will work with Dr. Neumann to develop a wellness plan without medications depending on their own personal needs. Psychiatric medications are often helpful in providing individuals the stability and support they need to overcome their current mental health conditions temporarily, while others often choose to remain on psychiatric medications long-term due to the benefits they receive. Dr. Neumann's patients are provided with detailed discussions and recommendations meant to provide them with the autonomy and confidence in choosing their own path to recovery.
Ali Wolfe-Grady, LMFT: Individual, Couples, and Family Psychotherapy
Often the most difficult task is finding a therapist you can trust who understands your personal story. My hope is to help make this process as transparent and comfortable as possible. Through self-exploration I will assist you in working through any difficulties or challenges you may face. If you are in a place in your life where you feel you might need someone to not just listen but to hear your story, I encourage you to reach out. I look forward to knowing you and discussing how my philosophy and practice can help you achieve your goals.
I find the best way for me to help people reach their goals is to work collaboratively and to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, and openness. An individualized therapeutic approach is imperative for helping explore my clients’ unique life experiences. We work together utilizing an eclectic interactive approach that encourages feedback and collaboration to shape treatment to meet a client's individual needs. Together we formulate a plan to address achieving specific short-term goals aimed at improving daily life in addition to long term growth focusing on personal development.
I am currently taking new clients for individual, couples, and family therapy. The therapeutic modalities I offer include a holistic integrative approach with a combination of cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal, strength and attachment-based, humanistic, family systems, trauma-focused and dialectical behavioral interventions. I also specialize in parent effectiveness training and executive functioning coaching.
I believe in providing a safe, nonjudgmental, inviting space for my clients to explore aspects of themselves and their lives that can be challenging to address alone. I offer a warm, direct, and empathetic environment that facilitates personal growth and provides support while clients make meaningful changes in their lives and move through their daily challenges. I believe the most effective way to attain these goals together is by empowering and supporting clients with transparency and honest communication.
My professional practice offers psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. Together we can address any number of personal challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem, trauma, behavioral issues, parent coaching and relationship problems.

Natalie Alderson, AMFT, APCC: Teen, Couples, and Family Psychotherapy
As human beings, we all face difficult seasons of life. It is my intention as a therapist to sit with my clients in a way that fosters growth, healing, and empowerment. I am professionally trained in somatic psychotherapy, and this is the foundation for my work. Somatic psychotherapy is a holistic approach that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit in treatment. At the same time, I believe it is important to incorporate other modalities to meet the specific needs of my clients, so I also draw from mindfulness-based, compassionate, and humanistic approaches. I provide a direct and non-judgmental container for my clients to take a deep dive into their feelings and experiences to support their healing. The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative one, so I encourage my clients to join me in navigating the direction that is best for them and their goals.
I am currently taking new clients for couples and family therapy. I am passionate about supporting relationships in solidifying a foundation of trust, co-regulation, and effective communication. I have experience supporting families and couples in breaking habits of codependency, while creating a safe space to discuss any issues that need to be explored. I have seen time and time again how having hard conversations leads to more fun, joy, and connection in relationships. I also use the somatic approach to support you in regulating your nervous system while building the communication skills necessary to improve your relationship.
I am passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community, and have openings for LGBTQIA+ identified families, couples and teens. My areas of focus are supporting those struggling with addiction recovery, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety, and relationship issues. I have been working as a therapist for the last 5 years and am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your feelings, and begin to heal yourself and your relationships. Contact me today to explore how I can support you on your path forward!
