Please note our request process: your completed Request Form will be reviewed and a phone call will be made to you when your referral is next in line. We may discuss if my practice can meet your needs in a Meet & Greet. If my practice is deemed a good fit, the referral will be accepted and Terri, the practice assistant, will get back to you with an invitation to the portal to start the process of completing paperwork and scheduling an appointment. Generally, visits are available in two ways for psychiatric care: in-person and via Telehealth/Televideo. Telehealth may be the only option keeping in line with VT DOH recommendations as well as Provider discretion with regard to illness and weather conditions.
