updated 02-02-2023 Not accepting new patients/clients
At this time I cannot accept any requests for Psychiatric care , the waiting list has gotten quite long and we are booking new patients out 3-4 months. Please connect with your Primary Care Provider or local designated agency to inquire about psychiatric care.
Integrative consultations are still available and can be arranged by leaving a message on our practice number 802.552.0636 and letting us know what services you are interested in exploring with Ann Marie. Please see website for offerings: https://findingyourrootshw.com/integrative-medicine-consultations/.
When accepting referrals, please note: Your completed Request Form will be reviewed and a phone call will be made to decide if my practice can meet your needs. If so we will get back to you with an invitation to the portal to start the process of completing paperwork and scheduling an appointment, again, if appropriate for our practice.
Please visit our website at www.findingyourroots.com.
This gives you an opportunity to see if our practice philosophy will be a good fit.
Generally visits are available in two ways for psychiatric care: in-person and via Telehealth/Televideo.
Telehealth may be the only option keeping in line with VT DOH Covid 19 recommendations as well as Provider discretion with regards to Covid, and weather conditions.
See VT DOH website for Covid 19 updates: https://www.healthvermont.gov/response/coronavirus-covid-19

It never ceases to amaze me the wonder of the human body, mind, and spirit. I do believe that given an opportunity there will always be movement towards wellness, the best that can be achieved, if we provide the support, environment, and tools to do so. Emotional and Mental dis-ease can often be the foundation of our ills and when addressed with an open heart and willingness to explore, change can happen providing new insights and the potential for an empowering, healing experience. Science has much to offer, medications can save lives but the Inner Healer and the Natural world can be our greatest tools towards wholeness. An approach that acknowledges these truths can better facilitate healing.
As a sole provider practice, this practice is not a fit for all needs please note decisions about my ability to take on a patient are based on my assessment of clinical need and the number of resources a client may require.
