At this time I cannot accept any requests for Psychiatric care , the waiting list has gotten quite long and we are booking new patients out 3-4 months. Please connect with your Primary Care Provider or local designated agency to inquire about psychiatric care. Integrative consultations are still available and can be arranged by leaving a message on our practice number 802.552.0636 and letting us know what services you are interested in exploring with Ann Marie. When accepting referrals, please note: Your completed Request Form will be reviewed and a phone call will be made to decide if my practice can meet your needs. If so we will get back to you with an invitation to the portal to start the process of completing paperwork and scheduling an appointment, again, if appropriate for our practice. Generally visits are available in two ways for psychiatric care: in-person and via Telehealth/Televideo. Telehealth may be the only option keeping in line with VT DOH Covid 19 recommendations as well as Provider discretion with regards to Covid, and weather conditions.
